Mail Services:

Configure your mail client with the following settings:

POP or IMAP server: mail.<your domain> (e.g., mail.ubasco.com)

SMTP server: mail.<your domain> (e.g., mail.ubasco.com)

Account: <your name>/<your domain> (e.g., info/ubasco.com)

Remark: With Outlook 2000 you can configure your account in the slightly more logical format <your name>@<your domain> (e.g., info@ubasco.com)

If you are entitled to manage your mailbox, you find the login to the web administration interface under http://admin.mailhub.ubasco.net. After logging in with your FrontPage or FTP user account and password (ignoring the domain), you can use this simple interface to configure alias, forwards and auto responders or change your password.

Web Services:

By default your web site is accessed as http://www.<your domain> (e.g., http://www.ubasco.com) and the default document that will be shown is default.asp or default.htm

Any special configuration, such as SSL certificates might require https, but this would be an option on your request.

On your request, your web site has been set up with FrontPage Server Extensions. In this case, you can update your site using the http Method directly out of FrontPage 2000 and do not require an FTP service.

Your web site has been set up by default with a cgi-bin folder where everybody has change rights (this allows you to run cgi scripts that need to store temporary data in their working directory.

FTP Services:

Without FrontPage Server Extensions, your method to update your web site is FTP. The address is ftp.<your domain> (e.g., ftp.ubasco.com)

DNS Servers:

Our DNS Servers are protector.funkey.com (212.45.192.1) and poseidon.funkey.com (212.45.192.3)

Miscellaneous:

When registering Domains we use the following IDs: UES4 (Network Solutions) 525014 (Switch) or UES1 (Tonic)
